Shipping Policy

    1. Shipping Across India: We offer shipping services across India through registered domestic courier companies.
    2. Shipping Charges: We provide FREE shipping all over India for all pre-paid orders.
    3. Cash on Delivery (COD): Yes, COD is available for all orders up-to an order value of INR 8000. A tiered COD charge ranging from INR 499 to INR 799 is applied.
    4. Order Processing and Delivery: The standard time to process an order and prepare for dispatch is 2-4 business days. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not regarded as business days. It typically takes up to 7 days from dispatch to reach your doorstep. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email or telephone. Delivery delays can occasionally occur around public holidays or at other times due to unforeseen circumstances.
    5. Multiple Packages: A single order may be shipped as multiple packages to ensure that your product(s) arrive safely and securely. 
    6. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, an Airway Bill Number (AWB) and courier partner name will be shared with you via email and text message on your phone. Click on the link here for live tracking of your order. You will also receive order updates on WhatsApp.
    7. Delivery Attempts: Once our delivery partner receives your order, they will dispatch it directly to your address. If you are unavailable when they arrive, they will make two more delivery attempts.
