  1. Cancellation:
    An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation. This timeframe aligns with our order processing duration before handing it over to the courier partner. Once the order is handed over for shipping, cancellation requests cannot be entertained.
  2. Replacing a wrong product:
    If you receive an incorrect product (i.e., the product/articles do not match the item in the order confirmation), the replacement process is hassle-free. Please notify us by writing to support@onetripledecor.com, and we will take care of the rest.
    Replacement Process:
    Once we are notified of the discrepancy, we will arrange a pick-up of the incorrect product from your delivery address within 2-4 working days. Ensure that the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packing with all tags, barcodes, invoice slips, foams, and boxes intact at the time of return. It usually takes up to 7 days for the product to reach our warehouse. Upon inspection by our quality assurance team, the replacement process will be initiated.
    Your replacement will be dispatched the very next day under Express Shipping at no extra cost.
  3. Return and Remedies:
    We understand that you may wish to return a product. The following remedies are available:

    Case I. Genuine Defect:
    Each individual item is uniquely handcrafted and no two items are exactly the same. There may be slight variations between the picture and the actual product. These variations are hallmarks of artisanal techniques and processes and are not considered as defects.
    If you receive a product with a genuine defect, please write to us at support@onetripledecor.com with 2 images of the defect within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Our quality assurance team will determine if it qualifies as a genuine defect.

    Once established, you will receive a replacement of the same item following the standard replacement process.

    Case II. Change of Mind: We understand if you change your mind and wish to return a product, please send a request to support@onetripledecor.com or through the return form page on our website within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. All sales are considered final, and we do not issue refunds. We will arrange a pick-up and send you a personal gift card (OTD Prestige Card) upon receipt of the product by our team. The order value of the returned item will be available on your Prestige Card, which can be used for subsequent orders made by anyone with us.

    Return Request Process: Upon being notified of the return request, our quality assurance team will connect with you within 7 working days. To assess the product's condition, a case-specific process is undertaken, and video and/or photo references may be required for checks. Once accepted for return, we will arrange a pick-up from your delivery address within 2-4 working days. Ensure that the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packing. You will be notified of the shipping charges associated with this return, which you will bear in full. It usually takes up to 7 days for the product to reach our warehouse. Once back at our warehouse, your gift card (OTD Prestige card) will be mailed to you.
